A seasoned leader and executive, retired from service with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol after 25 years. He has been with Tigua.inc since January 2025 and is an adept problem solver with vast experience leading projects, programs and organizations at several echelons of responsibility. He has Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Criminal Justice, he is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College, earning a Master’s degree in Military Arts and Science with a certificate in Homeland Security. He is a 2016 graduate of the Police Executive Research Forum’s Senior Management Institute for Police at Boston University and a 2019 graduate of the FBI National Academy.
